Shipping (WE SHIP TO USA & CANADA)

Most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase via USPS priority mail and take 1-3 days to arrive within the continental USA and 3-5 days to Canada. If you have rush requests please contact us at support@crawlingcrew.com.

 

30-Day "No Questions Asked" Return Policy

It’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need a different size for an exchange, or simply want to return the tights for a full refund, we will be more than happy to accommodate you within 30-days of your purchase. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In most cases the refund will be approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one credit card billing cycle.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@crawlingcrew.com.

 

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@crawlingcrew.com we will exchange all orders within 30-days and reserve the right to treat returns beyond 30 days on a case by case basis.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
